Introduction to the Night Sky

I have distilled some of the information from this site into two of four "classes" that I developed for the Antelope Valley Astronomy Club.  These one hour classes are mostly structured to give participants a chance to hear basic information described in better detail that they might get from reading.  It's hoped that it will be the catalyst for generating individual questions and getting them out under the night sky with a reasonable chance of finding interesting things to look at.

These files are in .pdf format for download/display.
